
I decided to put this site together because one of the most common things I hear from people exploring LCHF, or friends who are carb addicts, is that it’s boring, most recipes are not carb-friendly, and that eating low carb is too hard at restaurants.
I am here to prove otherwise.
I’m
a foodie, plain and simple.
I always choose quality over quantity. I’ve loved
to cook since I was little. I also don’t expect than everyone else does, which
is why I promise not to post anything difficult or that requires ingredients
worthy of a scavenger hunt. Plus, some of the restaurant-related posts won’t be
restaurant chains, but that just proves that there are culinary adventures to
be found in your neck of the woods.
